Offer your storefront customers free shipping based on their basket contents/subtotal, "Ship To" country/state, or associated price group. A "free shipping" option independent of other shipping modules is applied to the order and displays in the shipping drop down list when all the requirements are met as configured in the module.
Module configuration includes option to compensate for other discounts already applied to the order, shipping method description, minimum basket total, required "ship to" country, exclude/include states, exclude/include price groups, exclude/include products. For example, configure the "ship to" country to US, and excluded states to AK,HI for offering free shipping within the contiguous USA. Perfect for offering free shipping within the USA or any other combination of countries/states for your storefront!
