This module provides DHL rate information for Miva Merchant V5 stores.

This module contacts the DHL system using the DHL API. Use of this module requires establishing an account with DHL.*

OPTIONS: - Handling Fee (percentage or flat rate)
- Free Ground Shipping if over $x.xx:
- Always Free Ground Shipping: (over-rides 'if over') - Weight Range for additional box weight.

Please note: Documentation is included to activate your access to the API after creating an account with DHL. There are two PDF forms which must be faxed/emailed to DHL to receive your 'shipping key'. The shipping Key is a unique identifier for your system.
