• Messages can be HTML formatted or plain text. Examples provided.

Configuration Options

• Active - Convenient method for activating or de-activating module. All other configuration options are preserved.
• To - select Shipping Address, Billing Address or Both Addresses
• From - enter email address
• CC - optional email addresses
• Subject Template - the subject line of the email message; can include text & tokens; see Template Token Reference for a list of available tokens;
• Headers - message encoding; determines the format of the message; see documentation for more info;
• Body Template - the content of the email message; can include text, html & tokens; see Template Token Reference for a list of available tokens;

Admin Utility for Resending Confirmation Messages

• Quickly resending confirmation message for any previous order.
• Great for proofing message layout modifications.
• Search for previous orders by order id or other fields

Version History

• MIVA Merchant's version history feature is used both the subject and body templates.
• Each time a template is updated, the previous version of the template is saved.
• Prior versions of templates can be recalled.
• The history of previous templates can be cleared.
