This module provides DHL rate information for Miva Merchant stores.
This module contacts the DHL system using the DHL API. Use of this module requires establishing an account with DHL.*
FEATURES:

- Direct Live access to the DHL RateIt API.
- Ground, Express, Second Day available
- USA shipments Only
- Default Box size (length/width/height)
OPTIONS:
- Handling Fee (percentage or flat rate)
- Free Ground Shipping if over x:
- Always Free Ground Shipping: (over-rides 'if over')
- Weight Range for additional box weight.
Please note: Documentation is included to activate your access to the API after creating an account with DHL. There are two PDF forms which must be faxed/emailed to DHL to receive your 'shipping key'. The shipping Key is a unique identifier for your system.
