The "Miva Merchant Upgrade Service" offers a complete backup, upgrade, and configuration of any existing Miva Merchant store to the latest version available (or to a specific version of your choice).
Once the service has been completed by a Miva Merchant Support Representative, and the ticket has been closed, no further paid support obligation remains.
