After purchasing this service, you'll be contacted by one of our Miva Merchant specialists for login, FTP and SSH information to access your store. USUALLY SAME DAY SERVICE IF ORDERED BEFORE NOON PACIFIC TIME IF YOU PROVIDE US WITH SSH ACCESS AND YOUR HOST HAS THE NECESSARY MySQL CONNECTOR SOFTWARE AND DATABASES INSTALLED!
Requirements:
- You must have a MySQL 4.1.20-22 or MySQL5.0x database available from your host. We do not install MySQL for you or create your database and permissions, unless you choose the additional install service. Please first contact your host to ensure you have a database ready to accept your store data!
- Your host must have already installed the MySQL connector v2.016 beta for Miva Empresa. You MUST have this version of the connector!
- FTP and preferably SSH access to your Miva scripts and data directories.
- Ability to run backups on demand and be available during business hours. We require you to be accessible via AIM or cell phone during conversion. You'll need to make a backup prior to our conversion and test the store once complete to verify the success!
