The Analysis Team shops your site as first time customers, noting the usability and shopability of the store. We look for instructions, product placement, customer information and the ease of navigation. We place test orders, and visit supporting pages.
Once complete, we provide you with a complete report, which includes:
- Notes on your site's functional design
- Information on where beginning users may be stumped while shopping
- Recommendations on increasing the store's usability by a beginning user
- Recommendations on add-on modules and/or design tweaking
- When applicable, screenshots and custom graphics to back up recommendations
And not just Miva Merchant either. We take the approach at your site's ecommerce status, so we also analyze any supporting HTML pages shoppers will visit.
You'll get expert advice your store's specific needs. Not all stores are alike, so steps are taken to understand your product line, to determine the best solution for your TOP priority - THE CUSTOMER.
If you provide us with an administrative login, we will also use your backend as a basis for analysis.
