The "Miva Merchant Empresa Install Service" includes installation and configuration of Miva Merchant Empresa, along with installation of platform appropriate commerce libraries, on one server. Miva Merchant installation is included, if needed. Once the service has been completed by a Miva Merchant Support Representative, and the ticket has been closed, no further paid support obligation remains.
1. Web server must be fully configured and working properly, before installation can begin.
2. For walk-throughs, user must be familiar with how to operate their server and its configuration environment. For UNIX servers, this would include a working knowlege of the UNIX command line.
3. For Windows: Please make sure that 'Terminal Services' is activated on the server. Technicians will be unable to use terminal emulation software such as 'PC Anywhere.'
