PRO/ADV ONLY Direct Table Edit: Directly edit any product-related database table, including additional fields.

PRO/ADV ONLY Erase Tables: Selectively delete data by database. For example, create a completely new category structure without deleting your products, attributes or options

PRO/ADV ONLY Bulk Delete: Create a set of Prodcuts (Filter) that meet a criteria, and delete them all with a single click.

PRO/ADV ONLY Global Price Change: Change prices based on a percentage or fixed amount: store-wide; Perfect for foreign currency rate changes or store wide sales.

Streamlined Interface: Logical, workflow based arrangement of category, product, attribute, and option editors.

Sort Data: Independently sort the order of categories, products, attributes and options, automatically by ID, name, code, or price. Sort just the view in StoreMan, or both StoreMan and your store. Products in Category Sort also lets you place a product in any order you want. Apply your sorting to ALL products in ALL categories.

Filter Data: Restrict the data you want to work on by filtering records by name, code, description, price, and most other relevant data fields. Added filtering by weight.

Import Wizard: Wizard interface supports importing products, categories, products in categories, and subcategorizes in categories from either a delimited text file or directly from Microsoft Excel. Update, Add or Replace modes for importing. Import headers and footers along with your products or categories.

Export Wizard: Wizard interface helps you export data from StoreMan to either Excel97 or delimited text files. These files can be used directly for reimporting into StoreMan.

Clone Attributes: Select any attribute with associated options and copy it to current product. Clone Attribute can work with groups of products. Simply filter the product display, and then the select an attribute to apply to ALL products in the group.

Integrated FTP: Transfers the appropriate database files between your PC and your server with a single click (and no worries about overwriting data). Displays bytes written along with elapsed transfer time. Choose to upload only those files that have changed since last upload. A good time saving feature.

Product Template: Create new products based on an existing products.

Clone Attributes: Clone one attribute to another product or group of products.

Unique Database Maintenance Tools: Enhances StoreMan's data integrity checking, lets you:

• locate and delete duplicate and orphan records.
• delete corrupt records
• remove problematic characters from database fields and either remove them or replace them with a space.

Report Wizard: Print reports or create report files in Word (RTF) format. Create reports on categories, products in categories, products and attribute/options, and more.

Edit Product Layout: Edit the product layout settings for each category, as well as one global setting each for Product List, Search Results, and Related Products.

Search and Replace: Search and replace text by field. Search and replace on subsets of data by combining search/replace with filtering.

Support for Merchant4.x. Inventory: Work with all product-specific inventory settings. You can enable inventory tracking on all products with a single click.

Copy Related Products: Copy a group of related products from one product to another--or from one product to a set of products. Interrelate all the products in a set. For example, if you have 10 related products, you create a filter set of these products, choose the interrelate option and 9 of the 10 products are added to each of the 10 products in the set.

Save to File: Save the contents of any List window to a standard text file. Great for getting a list of products you need to reorder, review, or whatever. Save to file is available in all List Windows.
