Collect additional data during the checkout process. This module allows you to specify your own HTML for additional data collection, such as gift card info, special ordering instructions, commments, etc... Addendum Data collected can be shown in both emails, invoice, OpenUI OpenOrders™, and OpenUI Standard Batch Report in the admin panel. Display is also screen selectable. Since the module allows you to specify your own HTML, you could use radio buttons, checkboxes, dropdowns, text boxes or any other form variable to collect the additional information you desire. Also, you have the ability to make these fields required. Module allows up to 10 fields for data collection which is stored in a standard dbf database. Supports OpenUI Tokens. Note: Not compatible with PayFlow Link or PayPal payment module... or any other payment module that takes you from your site before returning you to the invoice screen.
