Customer Reviews Manager is a robust, template-based customer ratings and reviews module for Merchant 4.14 and higher. It combines extensive display flexibility with an easy-to-use administrative backend. Features include:
Template-based ratings display. Products ratings may be included on all product pages in Merchant including search results, product list, category, and product screens. Graphical ratings may be used, and separate templates are available for "line item" and "expanded" displays. Templates are also provided for use if no ratings are available.
Template-based reviews display. Use "tokens" to configure exactly how reviews display. The number of reviews to display per page, and an alternate template if no reviews are available are also configurable.
Template-based add reviews form. In addition to rating and title, you may optionally allow the customer to include her name and/or location with the review. These fields are pre-populated from the customer's account.
Manually sort reviews.
Limit one review for each product per customer.
Require admin approvals for reviews to appear in your store.
Email notifications of new reviews.
Exclude product codes from ratings/reviews.
Searchable reviews console for quickly viewing/approving/editing/deleting reviews. Reviews may be searched by product code, customer account, and the review itself. Results may also be filtered by only approved or unapproved.
Export reviews to a delimited text file. You may export all reviews or a filtered subset. The file may be stored on your server or sent to an email address.
Quick setup. During installation the module pre-builds ready-to-use templates to match your store fonts/colors settings. Sample ratings graphics in several colors are also included.
Integrates with Product/Category/etc. Page Templates or other template-based modules.
Allows importing of reviews data from Customer Reviews Pro (an older reviews module for Merchant 4.13 and lower).
