Fleshing out your online store can take a long time, depending on how many products you have. With our Product Upload service, you're free to move on to other aspects of getting started online while we build your product catalog for you.
With this service, you'll receive an introduction to the flat-file import utilities built into Miva Merchant. We'll show you how to create a flat-file for adding products, and how to update large groups of products at once with the click of a button.
We'll also take an existing product database of yours, convert it to the proper format for Miva Merchant, and upload it into your store. If you have product images to go along with these items, we'll make sure they are in the right directory for displaying properly on your storefront.
Once the service has been completed by a Miva Merchant Support Representative, and the ticket has been closed, no further paid support obligation remains.
