The "10 Point E-Commerce Tune-up" offers preventative maintenance and complete data backup for your existing Miva Merchant storefront.
Once the service has been completed by a Miva Merchant Service Club Technician, and the ticket has been closed, no further paid support obligation remains.
This service is recommended every 6 months. Service includes:
1. Verify secure URL's
2. Place test orders (new customers)
3. Check Order Processing section and explain the following:
a. Create order batches
b. Delete old order batches
(suggested for security purposes)
c. Export Orders to flat file
4. Delete expired shopping baskets
5. Pack database files
6. Fix any database errors and apply any available patches
7. Back up store in ".zip" format, and upload to
web server for archival
8. Helpful tutoring on how to perform
regular maintenance in the future.
9. Check permission settings and engine
version using diagnostic MivaScript application.
10. Help with ideas for selling more products.
